Aero-Space Fasteners and Electronics is seeking a part-time Clerk to work at company headquarters in Bloomington, MN. Aero-Space is a specialty-engineered fastener distributor who has been in business for over 50 years. This is a great opportunity to join our growing team and enjoy the variety of work that a small business offers.
The position averages around 20 hours per week, and the schedule can be flexible. This is a great opportunity for students to work around class schedules and gain hands-on business experience, or for anyone who wants to work a part-time job at a reliable and established company.
Main responsibilities include:
-Match Accounts Payable supplier invoices to packing slips
-Enter Accounts Payable invoices into the operating system for payment
-Process Accounts Payable check runs
-Track and maintain company payment liabilities
-Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable, like customer cash application and bank deposit processes
-Provide support to Accounting department with other special projects
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
